Sessa, Janet M. (nee Bores), 81, of Toms River, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024. Mrs. Sessa was born in Jersey City, lived most of her life in Lyndhurst and Clifton, and has been a resident of Toms River for the past 8 years. She was a devoted wife and mother and cherished her family. Janet is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Joseph Sessa, her loving daughters, Jill Sessa Petro and her husband, Steve and Jennifer Turner, her dear grandchildren, Frankie, Natalie, Steven, Joseph and Lena and her great grandson, Nicholas and soon to be great grandson, Michael. Also survived by her brothers, Richard and Alan Bores,

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.  A funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Janet's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online by clicking here.  You may express your condolences to Janet's family by using our tribute wall.
