Dr. Mohsen "Michael" Michail, 65, of Mendham, NJ passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.  Michael was born in Mallawy, El-Minia, Egypt.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Lynore (nee Lombardi), his loving children, Joseph, Caroline, and Dylan, and his fur babies, Spunky and Pippy. 

After graduating Assuit Medical School in 1983 and working in Egypt for a few years, he and his best friend, Adel, moved to London.  Michael practiced in Hammersmith & St. Mary's Hospitals for more than 4 years.  Michael ventured to the United States in pursuit of the American Dream.  He met the love of his life, Lynore, in 1995, and they were later married in June 1996.  Michael always said his best work was his children, whom he loved dearly.

After working in different practices, Michael opened his private practice in Clifton, NJ in 2012, where he was as equally devoted to his patients as they were to him.  Michael loved his home, especially when his family was all around the table.  Among his favorite pastimes, he was an avid garderner, movie buff, and music connoisseur - all while enjoying a good Cuban cigar.

Michael is predeceased by his parents, older sister, and first fur baby, Fluffy.  Michael left this Earth with his loving family holding his hands as he passed away peacefully.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 3 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, April 25 at 9:30 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10:30 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, a donation in Michael's name can be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, Tunnels to Towers, or St. Mary & St. John The Beloved Monastery, 8640 Squires Lane, Warren, OH 44484.  You may express your condolences to Michael's family by using our tribute wall.
