Obituary of A. Betty Sottovia

Sottovia, A. Betty (nee Corino) 92, of Lyndhurst, died on Thursday, February 28, 2013. Mrs. Sottovia was born in Brooklyn, NY and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1942. She was a Real Estate Broker for 40 years working with Caldwell Banker, Rutherford and Prudential Realty, Lyndhurst. She was a member of AARP #4319, Preservation Society, Historical Society and The Lyndhurst Planning Board as well as The Meadowlands Board of Realtors. She was an active parishioner of Sacred Heart Church including a member of their finance committee. Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband, Louis P. Sottovia in 2005 and her brother, Peter Corino in 2010. She is survived by her loving children, Paul Sottovia of Whitehouse Station & his wife, Eileen and Jean Sottovia Redner of Nutley & her husband, Thomas, by her dear grandchildren, Rosemary Clare, Brian and Keith Sottovia and by her adored great grandchildren, Keira, Colin and Mia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 9 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.
