Ferreira, Debra L., 70, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024.  Debra grew up in Lodi where she lived for many years and lived in Edison for the past 10 years.  She worked as an office manager for Blue Star Carting in Raritan for many years before retiring.  Debra was a strong woman and fighter.  She loved to dance and shop but most of all, loved and lived for her granddaughters who always kept her going.  Debra was predeceased by her parents, Manuel J., Sr. and Esther Rose (nee Tiago) Ferreira and is survived by her devoted daughter and best friend, Paula Sardinha, by her cherished granddaughters, Lissandra and Lissette Collado, by her loving brothers, Manuel J. Ferreira, Jr. and his wife, Marianne and Paul Ferreira and his wife, Semra, by her dear aunt and godmother, Hilda Monaco, and by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 4 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 8:30AM.  Then to St. Joseph's Church, Lodi where at 10AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Interment to follow, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.  You may express your condolences to Debra's family by using our tribute wall.
