Marranzino, Rosemary (nee Ruggier), 56, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family. Rosemary was a lifelong resident of Lyndhurst. She worked as a claims support supervisor for Allstate Insurance in Cranford for 10 years, retiring in 1996 to devote herself fully to raising her children. She supported them wholeheartedly through their academic and athletic pursuits, always providing encouragement and love. Roe enjoyed spending time at the beach, where she found peace and happiness. She also had a deep passion for entertaining and cooking for family and friends, especially around the holidays. Her hospitality was a reflection of her warm and generous spirit, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Roe was the beloved wife of 28 years to Paul Marranzino, devoted mother to their children, Paul, Anthony, and Nicholas Marranzino, cherished daughter of Rosemary (nee Chiarella) and the late John C. Ruggier (2022), dear sister to John Ruggier and his late wife, Michele (2021) and Sam Ruggier and his wife, Karen, daughter-in-law of the late Richard and Marie Marranzino, sister-in-law of Nancy Barnett and her husband, Bob and the late Richard Marranzino and his former wife, Susan. She is further survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends who she held near and dear to her heart.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitaiton at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 4 - 8 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 31 at 9 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a funeral mass will be offered.
