Obituary of Stephanie Cromis

Cromis, Stephanie (nee Gozdieski) 87, died Saturday April 24, 2010. Mrs. Cromis was born in Lyndhurst and lived there for 25 years, then Rutherford where she lived for 30 years, and has been a resident of West Milford for the past 20 years. She was a Cafeteria Supervisor for B. Altman & Co., Rutherford for 30 years when she retired in 1987. She was Past President and Golden Member of the Polish American Club of Lyndhurst. Stephanie is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Cromis in 1978. She is survived by her loving children, Bunny Smolinski and her husband, Joe of West Milford, Michael J. Cromis and his wife, Carol of Vermont, and Gregory Cromis of Vermont, her ten dear grandchildren, Jennifer, Joey, Michael, Caitlyn, James, Jordan, Merideth, Marley, Monroe, and Maxine, and her two brothers, Marion and Felix Gozdieski. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday April 29, at 9AM then to St. Michael�s Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8PM In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph�s Church, 454 Germanstown Road, West Milford, NJ 07480 ATTN: Sister Janet.
