Obituary of Marco Carmine De

De Marco, Carmine, 81, died Monday, August 9, 2010. Mr. De Marco was born in Union Twp., raised in Jersey City, had been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1958 and has lived in Fort Pierce, FL for the past 10 years. He was an Army Veteran who served in The Korean War from 1951 to 1953. He worked as Custodian for The Lyndhurst Board of Education from 1977, retiring in 1998. He was a member of AmVets Post # 20 and the American Legion Barringer Walker Lopinto Post 139, both of Lyndhurst. Carmine is survived by his beloved wife, Anita (nee Piazza) De Marco, his loving children, Carmine De Marco & his wife, Doreen, Joseph De Marco & his wife, Noreen, Louis De Marco & his wife Carol, Michael De Marco & his wife, Lisa and Robert De Marco & his wife, Shauna, by his sisters, Dolores Contini and Anna Girardo, his brother, Anthony De Marco and his 18 dear grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
