Obituary of John J Niebo

Niebo, John J. �Red� 96, formerly of Lyndhurst, died on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Mr. Niebo was born and raised in Jersey City, lived in Lyndhurst for 57 years and has been a resident of Chester the past 2 years. He worked as a Bank Officer for Bankers Trust of New York for 45 years, retiring in 1973. He was a member of the Lyndhurst Public Library Board of Directors, a past President of the Friendship Club and a member of the Old Guard of Rutherford. John was predeceased by his beloved wife of almost 75 years, Marian (nee Pajank) Niebo in 2009 and by his children, the late Robert J. Niebo in 1947, John S. Niebo in 1989 and Florence Goll in 2009. He is survived by his loving children, Carol Greczner, Ronald Niebo and Leonard Niebo, his sisters, Margaret Archibald and Josephine Adamski and by his dear 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 1PM in the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting hours Friday 10:30AM - 1PM. In lieu of flowers, Alzheimer�s Association, 400 Morris Avenue, Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365.
