Obituary of Angie Lomonte

Lomonte, Angelina (nee Mangino), 99, of Kearny, passed peacefully October 7, 2016 at Alaris @ Belgrove , her home for the past 15 years. She lived on Forest Avenue for 34 years prior. She worked for Prudential Insurance for many years. Angie is predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Carlo Lomonte. She is also predeceased by her sisters & spouses, Julia & Chester Gresch, Margaret & Joseph Grasso and Mary Feo, by her brothers, John Mangino, Michael Mangino, sisters-in-law, Anne & Elsie Mangino, her half-brother and sisters, "Big" Jimmy Mangino, Columbia, Martha & Rose. Angelina is survived by her loving brother, James Mangino, by her sister-in-law, Jeanne Mangino, her daughter, Paula Wallace, by her grandchildren and by many dear nieces and nephews. Beloved Angie, matriarch of the Mangino family, devoted mother, sister, aunt and cousin, was revered and loved by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday from 5 - 8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 10:30AM, St. Stephen's Church, Kearny. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations made in Angie's memory to the St. Stephens's Food Bank, 114 Washington Street, Kearny NJ 07032.
