Uliano, Nicholas, G., 94, of Lyndhurst, died on Monday, March 20, 2017. Mr. Uliano was born and raised in Jersey City, married and began his family there. He has been a resident of Lyndhurst for over 60 years. He was very proud of the work he did as a Dispatcher for Pullman, Co., Newark and then for NY Telephone before retiring in 1991. He was a World War II Army Veteran serving 1943-1945. Mr. Uliano was dedicated to his Catholic faith and his parish at St. Michael�s Church of Lyndhurst, where he was an usher for many years, a member of the Leisure Club and the Holy Name Society. In Lyndhurst, he was a Real Estate Broker, a member of the Tax Payer�s Association and a member of its Planning Board. Nicholas is predeceased by his beloved wife of 50+ years, Anna C. (nee Cumo) Uliano. He is survived by his loving children, Ann Nellissen & her husband, the late, Clifford Nellissen and Gerard Uliano & his wife, Ileen and by his dear grandson, Alexander Nellissen. Relative and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road from 4 - 8PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday March 25, 2017 at 10AM then to St. Michael�s Church, Lyndhurst where at 11AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS, 66675.
