Bellizzi, Joan (nee Fuchs), 86, of East Rutherford, died on Friday, December 1, 2017. Mrs. Bellizzi was born and raised in Teaneck and was a resident of East Rutherford for 59 years. Joan was a registered nurse at Jersey City Medical Center before she retired. She is survived by her beloved husband, Vincent Bellizzi, and their loving children, Marianne Messineo and her husband, Joseph, Vincent Bellizzi, and Mark Bellizi, by her cherished grandchildren, Nicholas and Marina Messineo, and by her dear sisters Eleanore Aspinwall and Lydia Fernald. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 2 - 6 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Monday, December 4 at 9 AM then to St. Joseph's Church, 120 Hoboken Road, East Rutherford, NJ 07073 where at 10 AM a funeral mass will be offered. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
