During these unprecedented times, Nazare Memorial Home is here with compassion and empathy for our community.  As always, we are available 24/7 should you have any questions, concerns, or the loss of a loved one.  We are able to make arrangements over the phone or through email if necessary and are following the recommendations put forth by the CDC and the National Funeral Directors Association.

As directed by the CDC, we do encourage everyone to stay home if you are sick, wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing or do so into your elbow, clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily, and most importantly, avoid all unnecessary physical contact and limit close contact with others keeping a distance of at least 6 feet.

If you are not feeling well or are concerned with your well being, please visit our website where you can leave your condolences under each obituary.

Although these are difficult and stressful times for all, we will come through together if we follow the appropriate guidelines provided to us.

For over 90 years the Nazare Memorial Home has been a pillar of service to the people of Lyndhurst and its bordering communities.

Please feel free to browse our pages to learn more about pre-planning a funeral and about grief support, as well as the traditional funeral and cremation services that we offer. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us any time. Drop by the office as needed, or contact us via phone or e-mail. We are always here for you.

Furthermore, we understand that it is not always possible to attend a service or a visitation in person. In light of this, we've created beautiful interactive online tributes to memorialize your love one. Leave a condolence, share a memory, post a photo, light a candle, and more!
